Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Yosano you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. The service
Yosano is a personal fitness and nutrition app available in selected App Store countries. The content is for informational and self-tracking purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional or psychological advice. Always seek a qualified professional for health decisions.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You must be at least 16 years old to use the app. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, scrape or reverse engineer the app except where mandatory law allows, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
5. Subscriptions
Premium features are available via subscription through the App Store (monthly and annual plans; prices shown in the app at purchase for your storefront, with a free trial where offered). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store rules.
6. Intellectual property
All content and technology in the app is owned by Yosano or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the app except as needed to use the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yosano is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence (including, where applicable, EU/UK consumer law and the Australian Consumer Law).
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email when appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law requires additional consent.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be resolved before the Danish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings in your home courts where required by law.
10. AI features (Yosano AI)
When you use Yosano AI (including chat), the content you submit is processed to generate responses. If you separately opt in to profile-based personalisation, a limited summary derived from your onboarding answers and account settings may be transmitted to Google LLC as our sub-processor using the Google Gemini API, as further described in our Privacy Policy (including legal basis, international transfers and how to withdraw consent). AI-generated output is automated and for general information only — it is not medical, nutritional, psychological or legal advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. You remain solely responsible for how you use the app and any decisions you make.
